i went to AMAD this morning
and perhaps something worth sharing
for those who want to change their kulliyyah
follow these 11 baby steps :
1) Open the IIUM Student Portal
2) Log in to your student portal
3) Go to My Services and search for Online Application Change of Programme
4) You'll see a page like this one. Fill in your details but it's auto generated i guess. Choose Inter-Kulliyyah under Title. Then opt for your desired kulliyyah,
5) You'll put the info like this one.
6) Save & Submit.
7) Notice that you've to pay RM100 to Bank Muamalat under the account number given. Show the slip to AMAD for verification. Wait for your application to be processed.
8) If succeeded, you'll get the approval form (whether written or online, i'm not sure).
9) You'll be called for interview by the Kulliyyah. Usually at the first or second week in the next semester. (AIKOL, KLM and KAED have interviews. Internal change inside Kulliyyah doesn't need any.)
10) Be careful as sent application cannot be retrieved back and once your programme has changed, you can't apply for any changes of programme until the following semester.
